• 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • ½ cup onion, sliced into rings
  • 6 slices tender steak
  • 1 tablespoon calamansi juice
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  1. Marinate steak in calamansi, soy sauce, salt and pepper for about 15 minutes.
  2. Pan fry the beef in 2 tablespoon of oil. Once done add the marinate mixture and cook for a few minutes.
  3. Place the beef on a platter and pour in the sauce, garnish with onion rings.
