- 3 eggs (beaten)
- a small bowl of cooked prawns
- 4 spring onions (washed and cut)
Prawns Omelette Cooking Procedure:
- Heat up some oil in a frying pan. It’s easier to use a non-stick pan here.
- Pour in all the egg and prawn mixture.
- Use medium heat. When the bottom is browned, flip over the omelette.
- When the bottom turns brown, the omelette is cooked.
- Slide it into a clean plate and cut into pieces to serve.
