• 3 eggs (beaten)
  • a small bowl of cooked prawns
  • 4 spring onions (washed and cut)
  • salt
  • pepper

Prawns Omelette Cooking Procedure:

  1. Heat up some oil in a frying pan. It’s easier to use a non-stick pan here.
  2. Pour in all the egg and prawn mixture.
  3. Use medium heat. When the bottom is browned, flip over the omelette.
  4. When the bottom turns brown, the omelette is cooked.
  5. Slide it into a clean plate and cut into pieces to serve.
